JOHN CHAPTER 21 – Daily Journal Questions
🔹 Day 1 – “I’m going fishing” (John 21:1–3)
Question: After the resurrection, Peter returned to something familiar. When I feel uncertain or discouraged, where do I tend to retreat—and is Jesus inviting me to something greater?
🔹 Day 2 – “Cast the net on the right side” (John 21:4–6)
Question: Jesus turned failure into abundance with a single word. Where am I trying hard but seeing little fruit—and how might I respond if Jesus asked me to try a different way?
🔹 Day 3 – “It is the Lord!” (John 21:7–8)
Question: John recognized Jesus, and Peter responded with bold love. How do I respond when I recognize Jesus at work—do I hesitate, or do I move toward Him without holding back?
🔹 Day 4 – “Come and have breakfast” (John 21:9–14)
Question: Jesus served breakfast to the ones who had abandoned Him. How have I experienced His grace in my failure—and how can I extend that same grace to others?
🔹 Day 5 – “Do you love Me more than these?” (John 21:15–17)
Question: Jesus asked Peter three times, “Do you love Me?” If Jesus asked me that today, how would I answer—and what would that love look like in action?
🔹 Day 6 – “Feed My sheep” (John 21:15–17)
Question: With love comes calling. What has Jesus entrusted to me—relationships, gifts, or responsibilities—and how faithfully am I caring for what matters to Him?
🔹 Day 7 – “What is that to you? You follow Me.” (John 21:18–25)
Question: Peter was tempted to compare his journey to someone else’s. Where am I distracted by comparison or envy—and how can I refocus on simply following Jesus?
